What is the COVID channel?

In 2020 the world is facing a pandemic that is hitting hard. To the health emergency of the COVID-19, other consequences are added; economic, political, social crises… and, also, a new scenario for crime. Just as the virus affects the health of the weakest, organized crime takes advantage of the current fragility to slip through the gaps in the system. To stop its advance, every minute counts and sharing experiences between countries is a key tool to fight crime. Under this prism, EL PAcCTO launches the COVID Channel, a quick response to the current global situation, which is supported by the leadership of the programme for in the coordination of networks between Europe and Latin America.
