The second phase of technical advice begins, to strengthen the professionalisation of INISA staff in Uruguay. An important result from the first phase, carried out in the first half of 2021, has been the official constitution of a team that will be in charge of managing the training processes.
The expert Cira Stefanelli, an official at the General Directorate for Training of the Italian Penitentiary Administration Department, will accompany the new team of INISA trainers through a cycle of meetings with the aim of training them in how to manage the design, execution and evaluation of training programmes.
Workshops will be held that include theoretical interventions, group work between the participants and remote activities with the aim of deepening an understanding of the topics covered in the individual meetings and preparing a training programme for 2022.
The topics addressed will be detecting training needs, planning a training programme, and its implementation and evaluation.
