Latin America and the European Union pledge to work together to tackle crime finance

After a year of forced interruptions caused by the restrictions arising from the coronavirus pandemic, the European cooperation programme EL PAcCTO held its Annual Programme Meeting in Panama City with attendance in person

Eleven countries in Latin America and Europe come together to raise awareness regarding the sexual abuse of minors online

The European Union programme has promoted the creation of an Inter-institutional Technical Committee (ITC) in Panama. It will enable better coordination of the work of Panamanian justice institutions that coordinate international cooperation against organised crime.
